House Rules
This unit is located on the second floor, so please be mindful of the condo underneath. The condo has quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
This property does not have a beach view. The name of the condo facility is Beachview. You cannot see the beach from this condo.
This is a no-pet allowed unit. We use this as a second home as well and one of our children has allergies. Having pets in the unit can create a health risk for our family and to future guests, therefore we cannot allow assisting animals or emotional support animals.
